mtpkits.com deliver all our orders from well known courier companies who work their beat to offer safe and fast service. We will provide tracking number of our order once the order is conformed and payment is done successfully. Through the tracking number you can track the location of your product.

Shipping service which we provide:

A) OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING- DELIVERY TIME( 1 OR 2 WORKING DAYS)  –$150
B) EXPRESS SHIPPING- DELIVERY TIME (3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS)- $99
C) REGULAR /STANDARD/NORMAL SHIPPING -DELIVERY TIME (7 TO 14 DAYS WORKING DAYS)- $80


In some adverse circumstances, such as awful weather situation, we might delay shipping for 1 to 2 days. In such conditions we will update about this to our customer in advance and provide them the estimated delivery date.

Under few circumstances such as bad weather condition, incorrect address and strikes, our courier companies do not works. There can be delay in 1 to 2 days in such situations and if these situations arise, we will inform our customer in advance and provide them the estimated date of delivery.

RE-SHIPPING POLICY:

  1. In case of mismatch or loss product, we will reship your order. If the product do not match with the product which you have ordered from our website, in that case call our customer service.
  2. If the product is already opened or tampered, you can send us the evidence of tampered product either by making video or by taking photographs and send us on our mail. We will take action on your complain and re-ship your order with next 3-4 days.

We are not responsible if you have not received your product because of incorrect or wrong mailing address which you have provided to us.

Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the billing amount in case the product is not delivered.
In case of refund / re-shipping, customers are required to provide the right reason along with the order number.
In case of non-delivery of products within the estimated period of time, customers can either request for a full refund of the booking amount or re-shipping at no extra cost.
No refund to be considered and processed in case the product is returned back to mtpkits.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Full refund will be given to the customer if order is cancelled before confirmation of the same.
A 50% refund of the order amount is applicable to products cancelled after their approval.
If customers want to request a refund for the order, after it is shipped or deliver to their address, they have to contact our customer care through live chat or email. We will provide you a shipping address, where you have return the product. Once we receive back the product, 50% of the billing amount will be refunded to the customer.
(Note: Refund of the order shall be considered only if the order is cancelled within 2 hours of online booking.)

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their booking within 2 (two) hours of online purchase.
No cancellation and refund will be considered in case of overnight shipping.
In case of cancellation of the order within 2 (two) hours of booking, customers will be refunded 50% of the order amount as mtpkits.com will be charged 50% by the banks per customer transaction.
Customers are requested to provide us appropriate shipping address for timely delivery.
